Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect when you visit www.boveda.vip or apply through our Telegram bot, and what we do with it. It does not cover the data we process for merchants once they use our services; that is set out in the merchant agreement.

What we collect

When you apply through our Telegram bot, we collect:

• your company name and, if you give it, your website;
• your type of business, the countries you operate in, whether you need payins, payouts or both, and a monthly volume range;
• your Telegram name, username and user ID, which Telegram shares with the bot when you start it.

The bot also counts how many applications are started and finished from each link (for example, the website or a brochure). That count holds only the date, the link and the step reached, not who you are.

The website itself has no forms, cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

Why we use it

We use your application only to contact you about Boveda's services or partner program, and to prepare a proposal. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Our sales team receives your application in a private Telegram group.
• Telegram carries the conversation with our bot, under Telegram's own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver this website.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this website, which means your browser requests it from Google.

How long we keep it

We keep application details for as long as we are in discussion with you or providing services to you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Message us through our Telegram bot and we will reply in the same chat.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
